Moonwings doesn’t have access to airline and travel agent booking systems. If you’re having difficulty reaching them, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.

The best way to start is simply to jump in! Begin by selecting your 'Pick-up Location', dates, and times. As you become more familiar with the platform, you’ll find various functionalities to help you find the perfect car hire. For instance, you can now drop off your vehicle at a different location by checking the ‘Return Car to a Different Location’ box.

On the results page, you’ll have options to filter your results. You can filter by ‘Car Class’, ‘Fuel Policy’, ‘Car Type’, and much more.

Once you select your vehicle, you will be transferred to the travel provider's site, where additional options may be available to customize your vehicle further.

Once you’ve located the vehicle you want, you’ll be directed to the car hire provider’s site. There, you should be able to add extras such as GPS or child safety seats. If you choose to add these optional extras, please ensure to check the total cost before confirming your booking.

On the results page, you should be able to see the capacity for each vehicle. If you’re looking for a larger vehicle, we recommend using our ‘Car Type’ filter and selecting the ‘People Carrier’ checkbox.

To drop your vehicle off at a different location, simply select the 'Return Car to a Different Location' option and choose your 'Drop Location'. We will then display all available results for one-way drop-offs.
